I am Will Medina, a Software Engineer and Product Designer based in Denver, Colorado.

My lifelong passion for technology has been the driving force behind my career, opening doors to travel, learn, and grow both personally and professionally.

I am originally from Lima, Peru, my journey in software and technology began since I was 11 years old. I started learning how to code by creating simple websites and games. I was fascinated by the idea of creating something from scratch and seeing it come to life. Ever since, my passion for learning about technology has never stopped

I studied Information Technology at IDAT (Instituto Tecnológico Superior) from 2007 to 2010. My first professional experience was a Web Developer at a marketing agency, where I built interactive websites for different companies and collaborated with graphic designers. This experience helped me to understand the importance of UI design to create successful products.

In 2015, I got a visa to work in the USA as a Lead Software Engineer for an investment administration company in Miami. My role focused on building and modernizing legacy UI systems, improving reporting performance, enhancing investment administration processes, and ensuring quality with integrated testing solutions.

Now, with over a decade of experience in in software management, architecture, design, and developmen. Having contributed to different industries like Marketing, Finance, Healthcare and Technology, I have built a deep understanding of modern technologies and best practices. I like simplicity focusing on integrating design, technical development and scalability to ensure my projects are approached with a strategy that drives success.
